Golden Goddess Dressing Recipe

THIS RECIPE IS VEGAN!

I’m guessing you love a saucy condiment as much as I do and that’s why you are here! I am so excited to share my recipe with you for my Golden Goddess Dressing. 


This dressing is full of health benefits as it’s oily base is Flaxseed Oil. Flaxseed oil is full of Omega-3 and it benefits your heart, digestive system and skin. So what are we waiting for? Let’s take a look at how to make this simple and delicious dressing.


INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ CUP OF FLAXSEED OIL

  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF SOY SAUCE

  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF TAHINI

  • 1 TEASPOON OF MINCED GARLIC

  • 2 TEASPOONS OF GINGER

  • ONE SQUEEZED LARGE LEMON

  • ½ CUP OF WATER



DIRECTIONS:


PREP TIME 5 MINUTES!

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth or you reach your desired consistency.


INGREDIENT TIPS:

  • This makes two-thirds of a mason jar full, feel free to double the ingredients or triple if you want to make more. It should keep in your fridge for a week!

  • The dressing will thicken in the fridge- so don’t panic if it seems a little runny post blender.

  • You can add some dried kelp to this recipe if you want an extra sprinkle of health.

  • For more of a kick up the ginger!

  • Keep in mind that the garlic, although mild when eating, will leave you needing a mint after.
